Dr. Mark X. Lowney (also known as Real Dr. FeelGood) is a highly regarded physician in New England who is board-certified in Cosmetic Surgery. He specializes in breast augmentation, body sculpting, and other advanced cosmetic procedures. Dr. Lowney is a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and the founder of Advanced Body Sculpting of New England as well as president of Highland Obstetrics and Gynecology, Inc., both located at 484 Highland Avenue in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Dr. Lowney earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Brown University–affiliated Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
He is a member of the American Association of Cosmetic Surgery, the International Society of Cosmetogynecology, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Board of Aesthetic Gynecology.

Dr. Lowney is also highly trained in female urinary incontinence surgery, having studied under world-renowned pelvic reconstructive surgeons Dr. David Nichols and Dr. Stephen Young. He offers TVT, TOT, and MiniArc urethral suspension surgeries, as well as pelvic reconstructive procedures for uterine prolapse, cystocele, rectocele, and enterocele. He was the first gynecologist in Fall River to offer InTone pelvic muscle therapy for stress and urge incontinence.
In addition, Dr. Lowney is an expert in bio-identical hormone balancing and one of the few physicians in Massachusetts offering transdermal pellet therapy, a convenient hormone replacement method for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women.
